How to call :

1.Buy a 'Star Call" calling card from a reseller or from our web ( www.starnet2phone.com)
2.Log in to your 'Skype',
3.Go to 'New Contact" and add " absricall " to your contact list,
4.Call " absricall " from your Skype and wait to hear voice message "Enter your PIN number",
5.Enter the PIN number and #, using Dial pad ( you can get the dial pad by clicking the small down arrow button near the volume Control switch. Please do not use the Skype main dial pad which is meant for placing calls to phones- See the picture below).

4.Call " absricall " from your Skype and wait to hear voice message "Enter your PIN number",

About Dial pad in Skype:
During a call you will see a toolbar with options to end the call, mute your microphone, adjust your volume, check your settings or perform other call functions. Click the drop-down arrow ("Other call functions") and select "Display dial pad" to open the dial pad. Use it to enter numbers (and make sounds or tones).
Note: the big dial pad in "Call phones" will not produce dial tones as it is not linked to the active call.
